Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sijil (“the Service”), operated by iDeveloprs. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Sijil is a private, invitation-based application for managing export and import trade documents — organizing categories and records, uploading files, searching, and controlling access. It is provided for business use by authorized users within an organization.

Accounts & access

• Accounts are provisioned or approved by an administrator. New accounts have no access until permissions are granted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or data.
• Upload malware, or content you do not have the right to store or share.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.

Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you and your organization. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you add.

Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every risk. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDeveloprs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

Your administrator may revoke your access at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
